Robert Rogers joins the team as On Set Sound Recordist
We are absolutely thrilled that Robert Rogers has come on board the film as our on set Sound Recordist. Matt was lucky enough to see Robert in Action in late 2022 on the short comedy “Fumblelove”, directed and produced by Matt Norman. Robert is highly experienced as a sound recordist and is a University Lecturer in that field.
Robert Bernhard Wilks Rogers is a Melbourne based Sound Recordist, University Lecturer, Actor and Producer originally from Ballarat.
He has worked on short and feature films that have screened at film festivals around the world including Cannes Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, Melbourne International Film Festival, Palm Springs Film Festival, Worldfest Houston International Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival.
He has over 120 sound recording credits predominantly in Australian independent cinema with two Best Sound awards to date.
Robert was considered a perfect addition to the team due to his varied teaching background for first year Film and TV students at Swinburne University Hawthorn campus.
